Dear Elders and Sisters,
Congratulations!
During the week of August 13 to 19, we had a total of nine baptisms in
the mission. This is the highest number of baptisms we've had in a
single week in 2012. And we did during the week of August! You have
destroyed the "mindset" that you can not do missionary work effectively
in August.
In
your letters to the president, many of you told me that you are
extending more invitations baptism, and that you are finding more joy in
doing so. Many have also mentioned that you are talking to more people
and you are worrying less about being rejected, the advice of Elder
Holland to love every aspect of its mission, including wastes. When we
returned means that we are doing what we are called to do, to share the
good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Each rejection brings us a step
closer to an investigator very prepared.
We are very grateful for your dedicated service and consecrated. May the Lord bless you in all that you do.
